Production Operatives - Carlisle, £12.21 per hour

3 months (potential to extend)

We're recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company seeking Production Operatives to join their team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, where you'll be responsible for operating the baler machine and supporting with general production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating the baler machine
Loading and binding materials
Manual handling of products
Following health and safety procedures
Performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials

Shift Pattern:

2 x day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
2 x night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Followed by 4 days off
Weekend work will be required - not every weekend of a shift pattern

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
