The Role

The Lead Practitioner of Science will:

* Drive curriculum development and foster innovative teaching approaches within the Science department.

* Provide expert guidance, training, and coaching to Science teachers at all career stages.

* Model exemplary teaching practices in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.

* Contribute to whole-school CPD and strategic planning for scientific literacy.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an outstanding Science teacher with QTS/QTLS who:

* Has a demonstrable history of significantly improving student outcomes in Science.

* Possesses exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

* Is passionate about fostering scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
