We are looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker in Sittingbourne. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a therapeutic children’s home that places creativity, music and emotional wellbeing at the heart of its care.

About the Home

Therapeutic children’s residential home

*

Supporting young people aged 15-17

*

Purpose-built spaces including:

*

Sensory & chill-out room

*

Music, arts & creative therapy room

*

Strong focus on music and arts as therapeutic tool

The Role

*

Supporting the day-to-day running of the home

*

Acting as a positive role model for staff and young people

*

Opportunity to develop into a Team Leader position

*

Working closely with management and therapeutic teams

*

Supporting young people to develop emotionally, socially, and practically

Shifts

*

7:30am – 8:00pm

*

7:30am – 11:00pm + sleep-in until 7:30am

Requirements

*

Full UK driving licence

*

DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one – we can process this for you)

*

Previous experience within a children’s residential setting

*

Full Right to Work in the UK with no restrictions
