Job Description
Coordinating with internal teams and external customers to deliver outstanding service by proactively managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
Accurately processing customer orders, managing order backlogs, confirming deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date records.
Communicating delivery delays or issues promptly, liaising across departments, and driving solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and operational transparency.
Supporting continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, proposing efficiency measures, and applying lessons learned to enhance service quality and team performance.
Assisting finance and operations teams with credit notes, blocked deliveries, complaints, and compliance requirements to support smooth, KPI-aligned customer and sales outcomes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
Prior experience in a customer facing role or environment
IT Literate with good knowledge of MS Office
