Are you a reliable and hands-on individual looking to join a growing, supportive team? Our client in Chatteris is expanding and seeking a Workshop Operative to become a key part of their production department on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret basic manufacturing drawings

Assist with folding flashings using a press brake

Cut materials using a guillotine prior to folding

Support the fabrication and assembly of products

Skills & Experience:

A reliable and conscientious work ethic

Strong attention to detail

Physically fit and capable of manual handling in a fast-paced environment

Good alpha/numerical skills

A positive, team-focused attitude

Willingness to learn and be trained across different tasks
