Job Title: KS1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes (MK16)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £90-120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Newport Pagnell is looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. You will support the class teacher and help pupils develop their learning, confidence, and independence during this key stage in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning in a KS1 classroom
Provide 1:1 and small group support where needed
Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Assist with daily routines and classroom organisation
Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred)
A kind, proactive, and patient attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for helping young children thrive
