We’re hiring for a Customer Care Advisor to join a well-established manufacturer based in Glossop.
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, managing orders from enquiry to delivery and ensuring a smooth, positive experience at every stage.

* Mon – Fri | 8am – 5pm

What will you be doing as a Customer Care Advisor?
* Managing the sales inbox and processing customer orders accurately
* Handling calls and emails from new and existing customers
* Updating customers on order status, shipments and delivery schedules
* Liaising with internal teams including sales, transport and production
* Inputting and managing data using SAP and Microsoft Office
* Supporting the sales team with pricing, quotes and general administration
* Building relationships with customers to maintain long-term satisfaction
What do you need?
* Previous order processing/administration experience
* Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
* Confidence with CRM or ERP systems such as SAP
