Multi Skilled Engineer
Are you a hands-on, solutions-focused engineer with a passion for keeping production lines running smoothly? We’re looking for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join our high‑performing engineering team and help drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering proactive and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment
Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and implementing long‑lasting solutions
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and minimise downtime
Working collaboratively with production teams to maintain a safe, efficient working environment
Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and company engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in production or manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills
Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to prioritise, problem‑solve, and take ownership
A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and reliability
