About the Role
As our SEN Teacher, you’ll work closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, tailoring learning to suit each individual and celebrating every small step forward. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that truly understands the challenges — and the rewards — of SEN education.

What You’ll Be Doing
Planning and delivering creative, personalised lessons
Supporting pupils’ academic, emotional and social development
Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families
Creating a calm, safe and encouraging learning environment
Championing inclusion and celebrating progress in all its forms
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
Experience working with SEN pupils (formal or informal)
A warm, resilient and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
