An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and well-established production company. This key leadership role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of multi-skilled technicians across shifts.
* Conduct root cause analysis, fault diagnosis, and ensure timely corrective actions.
* Plan and deliver effective PPM schedules and manage reactive maintenance.
* Identify and implement improvements across automation, process efficiency, and sustainability.
* Maintain accurate reporting via CMMS and ensure audit readiness.
* Work cross-functionally with operations to optimise machine reliability and production flow.
* Deputise for the Maintenance Manager when required.
Ideal Candidate:
* HNC (or equivalent) in a multi-discipline engineering field.
* Post-apprenticeship maintenance experience.
* Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read technical/electrical drawings.
* Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
* Confident user of CMMS and MS Excel.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to coach, influence, and collaborate.
