Job Title: Deep Cleaner

We are currently seeking dedicated Deep Cleaners to join our team in student accommodation located in Bristol BS2 8QA. The role is short-term but vital in preparing residences for the academic year. Ideal candidates will take pride in cleanliness, work well both independently and within a team, and be able to handle the physical demands of deep cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities as a Deep Cleaner:

Thorough Cleaning:

Deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.

Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and rubbish removal.

Appliance Cleaning:

Clean inside and out of fridges, freezers, microwaves, ovens, and other kitchen appliances.

Bathroom Cleaning:

Descale and disinfect sinks, toilets, and showers.

Restock consumables such as toilet paper and soap.

Kitchen Cleaning:

Deep clean sinks, worktops, cupboards (inside and out), taps, and tiles.

Laundry and Linen Duties:

Strip and replace bedding.

Assist with basic laundry tasks (washing, drying, folding).

Restocking & Reporting:

Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies.

Report maintenance and repair issues as needed.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.

Teamwork and Independence:

Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
