About the Role:
Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and compassionate level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team at a vibrant and inclusive 2-form entry primary school in Alum Rock. You will be working in Year 4, supporting a child (or children) with specific learning and/or behavioural needs, both in the classroom and during small group or 1:1 interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
Help to create a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Assist with planning and delivering tailored activities that meet individual learning needs.
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reports and reviews.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children with SEND
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to promoting inclusion and high standards for all learners.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) - desirable but not essential. We Offer:
