Location: Doncaster (DN2)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.91 per hour
Shifts: Rotating Days and Afters
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators / Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Doncaster (DN2). This is a temp to perm opportunity with immediate starts available and ongoing training provided from day one.

This role offers a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company in the packaging and manufacturing sector.

The Role

Working within a busy production environment, duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery
Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Packing, stacking and palletising finished goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working as part of a team to meet production targetsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating role is preferred but not essential
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work rotating shifts (Days and Afters)
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Willingness to learn and undertake training
Ability to work effectively in a busy environmentWhat's On Offer
