As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary duty will be to support students with various needs, which may include SEMH, Autism, or complex learning difficulties. You will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students engage with learning.
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and accessible classroom.
Help to implement individual education and behaviour plans.
Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.What You Will Need:

Previous experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs is essential.
A patient, calm, and caring nature.
The ability to build trusting relationships with students quickly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
