Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Benefits: 5% annual bonus, salary reviews, on-call bonus, 1 day a week remote

The Role
You’ll join a collaborative team of 10 Service Desk professionals delivering high-quality support across approximately 350–400 tickets per week. No two days are the same, and your contribution will have a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing high-quality support across a diverse customer base
Troubleshooting and resolving issues within Office 365 (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory
Supporting Microsoft Office applications
Assisting with file server management
Ensuring outstanding customer service with every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 18 months’ experience in a Service Desk or 1st Line Support role
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Solid knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
Experience supporting MS Office apps and managing file servers
A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in developing your technical career
Certifications and additional experience will support a higher-end salary offer
