Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced handyman, our client is a professional established building company offering services covering all aspects of the building sector. They are looking for a handyman who is willing to chip in across all aspects of the job. You need to have a have a positive attitude and be a proactive worker this is essential. Someone who can be set tasks by the site team and left to complete them without constant input needed.

Responsibilities:

Carpentry
Responsible for the external site cleanliness, material storage and loading for trades
Given charge to sort the external site and maintain
Happy to lead a small team
General Labouring
Good organisation skills
Site lighting set up and maintenance
Fire point maintenance
Assisting all other trades when are where required
Site welfare upkeep

Key Skills:

Must have a full UK driving license – Essential
Must have your own set of tools to carry out roles needed - Essential
CSCS Card
Physically fit/able for tasks required
Good presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Work on your own / team
Good work ethic
Completing tasks to a high standard
Reliable
Professional
Good time keeping and attendance
Ability to work under pressure
