The Role:

Preventive maintenance and routine checks

Respond to breakdowns and repairs quickly

Adjust machines & manage changeovers

Calibrate equipment to maintain quality and safety

Support production improvements

Requirements:

NVQ3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - military technical experience accepted

Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Reliable, decisive, able to work under pressure
