CRM Executive – Full Time Permanent Position, based in Wimbledon.

Our is an independent group of 7 privately-owned stores based in and around London. We also have an e-commerce business that is growing and expanding the reach of the customers that we serve. We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our Marketing Team, based in our Wimbledon Head Office.
As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in our customer-centric marketing approach, leveraging data-driven insights to implement, manage, and optimise customer relationship strategies and email marketing campaigns within our retail stores. This hands-on role will involve developing and executing email campaigns, managing the end-to-end process of briefing, working with our in-house Design team, ensuring email approval, analysing customer behaviour, and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention.
Role Responsibilities:
Build, test and schedule emails according to the Marketing Schedule, with the customer email journey optimised for both in-store and online shopping
Deliver both broadcast (ad hoc) and automated (lifecycle) email campaigns
Manage campaigns from ideation through to execution
Build relationships across departments to develop customer insights and product knowledge. With hundreds of brands across our 7 stores, you will get to collaborate with a range of Buyers and brand partners to ensure our email marketing is impactful and executed to a high standard.
Produce clear and inspiring creative briefs for email campaigns, working with the in-house designers to manage the process from conception to delivery. With this, you will have manager support and guidance but be able to work fairly autonomously as you get to know our stores, product ranges, and customers.
Create weekly email campaign performance reports, to present for the weekly trade meeting.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM strategies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support in generating new ways to target, retain and increase the value of customers through email marketing, store events, and our Loyalty programme.
Your Skills:
Proven experience in an email marketing role is essential, preferably within the retail industry, with an understanding of campaign briefing, building, best practices and reporting.
Experience of using CRM platforms and reporting tools. Ometria is strongly desired, or a willingness to learn and quickly upskill.
Confidence and the ability to brief the design team with good communication and organisation skills is key.
A self-starter: can work independently and as part of a wider team, who will nurture good working relationships across our internal business, and with brand partners.
Pro-active approach and keen to learn and grow your product and customer knowledge.
Creatively-minded with excellent attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously and be in organised in your work so you can deliver to deadlines.

Flexible and enjoys (or thrives!) working in a fast-paced environment
