Reporting into the Head of HR and working as part of an established HR team, the primary function for this role will be to offer HR advice and support to the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational HR generalist with strong ER background and used to working in a fast paced ever changing working environment
Key Duties
Providing ER advice to Managers and supporting with investigations, absence management, policies and procedures, performance management, assisting the Head of HR with complex employee relations, Tupe, redundancy, delivering training, updating employee records, contracts, handbook and HR policies, supporting on HR projects.
Working in a close HR team
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD 5
At least 3 years HR Advisor level experience in a blue/white collar environment
Previous experience working in a fast paced working environment where no 2 days are the same
Excellent employment law knowledge and ER background (experience with complex ER)
Experience working in unionised environment
THE COMPANY:
Our client is seeking an experienced operational HR generalist to work in a busy HR team for 6 months carrying out day-to-day HR duties across all areas of HR.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience and exposure in a complex matrix organisation working with different key stakeholders and gaining exposure and credibility.
