About the Role:

As an SEN Primary Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering tailored education to pupils with diverse learning needs. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities of SEN Primary Teacher:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to a range of SEN needs.
Create a structured and supportive learning environment that promotes emotional and academic growth.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies to meet individual goals.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
Promote behaviour that supports learning and well-being.
Participate in ongoing training and school activities.
Requirements of SEN Primary Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with SEN in a primary setting.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
