£35,000 - £36,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week - Monday-Friday

Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Bricklayer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties of the Bricklayer role will include, but is not limited to:

To undertake bricklaying/general roofing work across the range of properties that are maintained and managed by the client
To ensure that all aspects of any repairs carried out meet the strict requirement of the client with regards to quality
To use mobile hand-held technology to manage workload and daily timesheets
To carry out concrete repairs to paths and steps-to include breaking up and renewing footpaths and steps up to 20metres long
To carry out plastering repairs - to include patch and full wall - ceiling plastering
To carry out wall tiling - to include areas both under and over a square metreThe successful Bricklaying candidate will have:

Significant Bricklaying experience
Driving licence - Full UK
