Contract Business Analyst | Up to £(Apply online only)/day – Outside IR35 | 6 months | Birmingham/Hybrid

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade. Business Analyst contract experience with either COINS or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements
Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications
Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments
Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level
Coordinate Compliance with IT Governance
Coordinate and support user acceptance testingSkills & Experience Required:

Proven experience supporting either COINS or Dynamics 
Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts
Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users
Experience working in large, enterprise environments
Good technical knowledge of Foundation IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure concepts, Business Applications, Middleware integrations.
Proficiency in Visio or similar tools 
Strong stakeholder management Contract Details:

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in Birmingham, with occasional travel to other sites
