Team Lead (EBD Children's Residential Home)

Full Time: 2 on 4 off rota (sleep in's included)

Salary: £15 per hour (£70 a night for sleep ins)

Requirements

*

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting (EBD preferred)

*

At least 1 year in a senior or team leader role (or ready to step up)

*

Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

*

Sound knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and behaviour management approaches

*

Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

*

A full UK driving licence (essential)
