Job Title: Conveyancer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join a well-established, client-focused legal practice in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a hybrid working arrangement while developing their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

Manage residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish

Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions

Draft contracts, conduct property searches, and review legal documentation

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong professional relationships

About You:

Qualified Conveyancer (CILEx or Solicitor) or significant experience in conveyancing

Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
