Graduate Medical Device Sales - Sports Surgery

London – Role suitable for candidates located within or located very close to the M25

£28,000 - £30,000 Guaranteed Basic plus bonus and company car

We are looking for someone looking to establish themselves as a medical sales professional in the field of sports medicine. We are not looking for previous medical sales experience as full training and coaching will be given. You will be selling primarily to surgeons in theatre and other operative settings and your focus will be primarily on minimally invasive orthopaedic and spine related procedures often necessary as a result of sports related injuries.

We are interested in a wide variety of potential candidates who need not have previous sales experience;-

* Somebody who is already working in a medical devices company maybe in internal sales or a technical engineer who is looking for the next step in their career – similar experience in a different type of company is a good second choice

* Someone with a nursing, paramedical or clinical/hospital or primary care based background looking to break into sales

* Someone working in a sports related therapy area such as a physiotherapist

* A physician associate who has spent a good amount of time in theatre as part of their degree currently disappointed with the career options currently available to them

* An exceptional graduate in a science related discipline ideally with achievements outside of academic life to be proud of

The Opportunity

You will be working for a European medical device manufacturer with a global outlook and who has a strong focus on healthcare sustainability. You will be selling best of breed medical devices focused on minimally invasive surgery in the sports surgery sector. Your clients will predominantly be found in the NHS as well as some UK private medicine. The company is rapidly expanding providing access to new markets, products and opportunities. This is predominately an operating theatre based sales role working with surgeons and other clinical professionals. This role will help to make medical procedures as effective as possible especially through educating surgeons to use the equipment you sell.
