The Burford Recruitment Company, working on behalf of a private members club, is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to support their growing culinary team.
Join an ambitious and growing culinary team as a Junior Sous Chef, where you’ll have the chance to contribute to a fresh and elegant food offering in a stunning Cotswold setting.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Your role will include:
* Supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
* Leading service in their absence and supervising junior kitchen staff
* Assisting with prep, plating, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness
* Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
We’re looking for:
* A creative and disciplined chef with solid classical training
* Experience in a quality-led kitchen environment (pub, hotel, or members club)
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Passion for fresh ingredients and attention to detail
