We’re recruiting Primary Supply Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and longer-term cover across local primary schools. This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, local schools, and consistent opportunities without pressure.

Please note: This role is suitable for teachers with UK QTS and recent UK primary classroom experience only.

We work in partnership with , supporting primary schools within the .

This provides exclusive access to supply opportunities across familiar local schools, with clear expectations and established relationships.

Locations covered

Schools across Lincoln, Grantham, Spalding, Gainsborough, Grimsby and surrounding areas.

Travel preferences are discussed and agreed in advance.

What we’re looking for

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
Confident classroom management
Positive and adaptable approach
