Finance Director – chemicals start up
Location: Middlesbrough – on site

Eleven have been retained by a Sustainable Chemicals start-up to find them a Finance Director to facilitate their ambitious growth plans.
 
You will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, driving business performance across Financial and Commercial operations—helping the company scale from startup to established industrial player.
 
This is an on-site role, so proximity to Middlesbrough site is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor key financial metrics, including operational and commercial processes and future fund raising
Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to develop and deliver the strategic roadmap
Build scalable systems and a high-performing teams 
About You:

Industrial/ manufacturing industry experience (chemicals / materials / process industry / similar)
Strong P&L, team-building, and strategic delivery credentials
Hands-on, practical leader who can implement structure in startup environments
Excellent board and stakeholder management skills
