Sales Order Management Coordinator – Temp
Looking for a Sales Order Management Coordinator on a temporary basis to support contract administration, ERP order booking, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing contracts (quotations, work orders, purchase orders) for accuracy
* Booking contracts into ERP systems (e.g. Access, Sage)
* Supporting budget setup, forecasting, and contract spend tracking
* Setting up invoice profiles and raising internal purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting Finance and Operations teams
About you:
* 1–3 years’ experience in sales order processing / contract administration
* ERP system experience (Access, Sage, or similar)
* Strong Excel and MS Office skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with good numerical and analytical skills
