Roc Search's client are looking for a Process Engineer to join their team due to an increase in workload. This is a permanent, on site role based in Hampshire, and will require the following skillset -

Requirements

Must have experience within Rubber or Plastic injection moulding
Injection, compression or transfer moulding experience
Ability to learn and operate rubber moulding machinery
2+ years in a similar role
Experience with investigating and resolving production issues on the shop floor, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.Benefits

£36,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
25 days holiday + bank
