Training Contract Potential

On behalf of a boutique international law firm based in London, I'm looking to speak with bright, driven paralegals with a strong interest in civil litigation and ideally personal injury. If you've had exposure to criminal litigation, that's the icing on the cake.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid academic credentials and paralegal experience who's looking for genuine career progression, exposure to varied work, and the potential to be considered for a training contract.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a busy, hands-on role - you'll be a key part of the legal team from day one. Responsibilities include:

Legal research and litigation support

Drafting and proofreading documents, correspondence, and legal materials

Preparing court bundles and reviewing claims

Managing both digital and physical case files

Liaising with clients, barristers, and third parties

Supporting with case development and settlement reviews

Typing, filing, and document production

Drafting LBAs, reviewing offers, and reporting on claims

Maintaining case updates via CMS systems

You'll be trusted with real responsibility while being supported in a collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Need

A First-Class Law Degree (or equivalent)

Completion of the LPC or BPTC

Prior paralegal experience (in-house or private practice)

Demonstrable exposure to personal injury and civil litigation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with legal documents, bundles, and casework

Highly organised, accurate, and detail-driven

Italian language skills would be a plus - but not essential
