Social Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with Hillingdon Council, who are currently recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join their high-performing and deeply compassionate Children in Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that puts the wellbeing and rights of young people at the very centre of its practice.
? About the Role:
In this role, you'll support children and young people up to the age of 18, fulfilling Hillingdon's statutory duties as a corporate parent. The service also includes skilled Personal Advisors who continue this support up to age 25 for care leavers.
You will work in a stable team with strong leadership and a culture of trauma-informed, relationship-based practice. You’ll contribute to a service consistently praised for its high standards, collaborative ethos, and meaningful outcomes.
