Broadreach is currently working with a well-established marine manufacturer to recruit experienced Boat Builders for a contract opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled boatbuilders looking for their next contract within a professional and fast-paced production environment.

The Role

You will support the build and fit-out of high-quality vessels, working across both interior and exterior stages of production. The position requires strong hands-on ability, attention to detail and the confidence to work from technical drawings.

Duties will include:

* Installing deck and sailing hardware

* Fitting bulkheads and structural components

* Interior joinery and furniture fitting

* GRP/fibreglass component installation and finishing

* Installing windows, hatches and deck fittings

* Basic upholstery and finishing work

* Fairing, finishing and supporting quality checks

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in boatbuilding or a similar manufacturing environment

* Strong knowledge of timber and composite materials

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

* High attention to detail

* Ability to work efficiently within a production schedule

Marine industry experience is highly desirable, although candidates with strong transferable skills from related industries will be considered.
