Cover Supervisor – Secondary School - Lichfield 

 Location: Lichfield, WS7
 Pay: £100–£120 per day (depending on experience)
 Schedule: Day-to-day supply, flexible availability

Are you an experienced school support professional looking for flexible work in Lichfield? We are currently seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the city on a day-to-day, flexible basis.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

Supporting students with their learning and maintaining school policies

Providing feedback to teaching staff as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience working in a school setting is essential
✅ Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
✅ Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
✅ An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
