Job title: Production Supervisor

Location: Marlow

Salary: £35000 to £40000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

A leading manufacturing company are looking for a Production Supervisor to join on a permanent basis

The role of Production Supervisor will include:

Ensuring production targets are met
Planning, scheduling and coordinating production to ensure deadlines are met
Ensure work is completed to high standards
Managing workflow of the team and resolving any issues
Daily management of the team and updating skills and training matrix where required 

The Production Supervisor should have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in managing a production team, including planning, scheduling and people management
Competent in electro-mechanical assembly
Computer literate with experience using MRP systems
