Multi Skilled Tradesman

Our client is currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman/ Handyman to join their team, specialising in repair on refurbs and Homes. Must have your own tools and Transport - CIS

Salary hourly rate - £17ph - £19ph DOE

Requirements

* Must have tools including power and hand tools for various tasks.

* A valid and clean driving licence to go to various sites.

* Proficiency in basic plastering boarding, plumbing, Masonary, carpentry, tiling, and painting.

* Previous experience in Home repairs and void projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

* Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in social homes, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

* Undertaking void projects, including refurbishments and improvements.

* Demonstrating your skills in plastering, Basic plumbing and Electrics, carpentry and painting as required.

* Working efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and manage workload priorities.

* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional conduct when interacting with tenants and colleagues.
