The Role

Our client, a respected ecological consultancy with a strong UK presence, is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join their Manchester team. You'll lead surveys, manage projects, and deliver high-quality ecological assessments across sectors including infrastructure, energy, and development.

What You'll Do

Deliver and manage ecological projects from start to finish

Lead protected species and habitat surveys

Produce and review technical reports and mitigation strategies

Provide expert advice to clients and mentor junior team members

About You

Degree in Ecology or related discipline

3+ years' consultancy experience

Skilled in survey design, reporting, and client liaison

Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation

CIEEM membership (Assoc or above) preferred

Full UK driving licence
