We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our Science Department as a Science Teacher at a vibrant state school in Worcestershire. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a real impact in the classroom.
You will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at Key Stage 5 in the future. We provide a supportive, nurturing environment where you can grow, develop, and refine your teaching practice.

We are looking for a Science Teacher (ECT) who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve it by September 2025, with a degree in a science-related subject

Is passionate about teaching Science, especially at Key Stages 3 and 4
*
Has a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and student engagement
*
Is reflective, open to feedback, and eager to grow professionally
*
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and contributing to the wider school community
