Due to growth I have multiple vacancies for CNC Turners. We're offering a very competetive rate of pay with overtime readily available at premium rates.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

* Edit programs and set up and operate CNC Lathes using Mazatrol or Fanuc controls

* Working with a range of materials including exotic materials, nickel, super alloys, stainless steel, brass, duplex and aluminium

* Using a range of measuring equipment and have a working knowledge of inspection procedures in order to undertake self-inspection

* Working as part of the machine shop team and interface with the production support departments including production control, engineering, and maintenance

Here’s what you’ll need:

* Experience programming/editing and setting CNC Lathes

* Experience with FANUC or Mazatrol controls

* Experience working from engineering drawings

* Ideally apprentice trained in machining or a mechanical discipline

* Some experience within aerospace or sub contract precision engineering dealing with manufacturing components from exotic materials.
