Maxwell Consultancy have partnered with a growing engineering business in Glasgow who require an EDM Machinist for their state of the art workshop. The company have a generous benefits package and great staff retention. This a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week.
What's required?
* Time-served engineer
* Set/operate Spark & wire erosion machinery
* Run the EDM/Wire machines in line with the programs and monitor performance to ensure the cycle times are met
* Working with various batch sizes
* Ability to follow technical engineer drawings
* Maintain accurate work log
* Adhere to health & safety procedures within the workshop at all times
