Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) - Barking & Dagenham

Tradewind Recruitment is looking to appoint experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a variety of roles in schools across Barking & Dagenham. You will be working within SEN settings, supporting students with a range of learning difficulties including autism, dyslexia, speech and language needs, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).

The Role Involves:

Providing academic support across a range of subjects and key stages
Working closely with SENCOs and class teachers to adapt lesson content
Encouraging independence, resilience, and progress in pupils
Assisting with communication and social developmentWe're Seeking Candidates Who:
