Assistant Site Manager
North Yorkshire
Sector: Regional Build
£35k - £45k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with this well established construction company who have secured a number of negotiated larger contracts, they have identified the need to strengthen their management team by appointing an assistant site manager.

Projects would be in the commercial, industrial and refurbishment sectors up to £8m predominantly in the Yorkshire region – Although the first project would be in North Yorkshire.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The role would be assisting an experienced site manager with duties to include:

• Site Setup
• Daily Diaries, Tool Box Talks
• Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
• Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
• Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders

Qualifications/Background:
• Recognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
