This isn't about observation. It's about presence, support, and showing up for pupils who need it most - especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups to access learning

Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored strategies

Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and focus

Creating a calm, consistent classroom environment

Gaining valuable experience ahead of teacher training or child-focused careers

Who You Are:

A graduate from any discipline, ideally with some experience supporting children or young people

Patient, resilient, and naturally empathetic

Curious about education and committed to inclusive practice

Based in or near Bedford, and available full-time from September
