Now Hiring: Senior Manager – Order Scheduling | Supply Chain Leadership | Hybrid (Belfast/UK Based)

We are working with a global business to find a Senior Manager of Order Scheduling someone who’s confident navigating the space between supply planning and customer-facing order fulfilment. This is a high-impact role supporting revenue delivery, supply assurance, and performance targets across multiple product lines.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading a global team focused on managing customer order schedules across multiple regions and time zones (UK, Canada, India, Mexico, Thailand).

Solving for supply commit shortages and securing ship dates to keep project deployments on track.

Driving collaboration across supply planning, fulfilment, and customer teams.

Supporting executive reporting and driving improvements in processes, automation, and digital transformation.

Owning key service KPIs and contributing directly to revenue realisation.

What I’m looking for:

Strong people leadership experience, this is a hands-on team lead role.

Solid background (ideally 8+ years) in Supply Chain, Planning, Scheduling, or Fulfilment.

Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse is essential it's a key platform for this role.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Ability to operate across regions and time zones, and confidently represent the function in cross-functional meetings.

Comp package:

£60–80K base
