Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and prioritising high-potential opportunities.

Contribute to the long-term commercial planning of the business, with the opportunity to step into a senior strategic leadership role.

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in a senior sales role within venues, hospitality, events, or similar.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and grow a team.

A track record of converting complex, high-value bookings.

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, with excellent decision-making and organisational skills.

CRM and data-literate - or able to build support systems to maintain accuracy and insight.
