JOB TITLE - Teaching Assistant

ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School located in East Bristol.
The school has a supportive team environment and offers ongoing CPD opportunities throughout the year.
Depending on performance, the school may look to extend the contract or offer a permanent position.

CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS

Location: East Bristol
Position: Teaching Assistant
Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Day Rate: £90 - £110
Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory: Previous childcare experience
Experience supporting children in a school setting is desirable
Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year (or willing to complete)
Experience or interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN), including:
Autism
Speech & Language Needs
Strong command of English
Experience within healthcare settings would be advantageous

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an Enhanced Child Barred List DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
