Description

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Draft, review, and finalise client engagement agreements and related documentation.
Act as a primary point of contact for client queries during the onboarding phase.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients into ongoing services.
Monitor and update internal systems to reflect client onboarding progress.
Provide legal advice on onboarding policies and procedures as needed.
Identify and resolve any challenges or delays in the onboarding process.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the client onboarding experience.Profile

A successful Client Onboarding Solicitor should have:

Professional qualification as a solicitor with experience in client-facing roles (not essential, but legal sector knowledge and experience is)
