The Role
As the Technical Services Manager, you’ll:
• Manage supervisors and oversee engineering teams delivering M&E services.
• Lead and develop direct reports, ensuring robust training and succession planning.
• Prepare and present management information reports to clients during KPI meetings.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation across all operations.

You
To be successful in the role of Technical Services Manager, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality hard M&E services in a client-driven environment.
• Strong technical background with a professional qualification in a relevant trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, or F-Gas).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and experience with computer PPM management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
