Job Title: Assessor Development Coach / Quality Assurer (Hospitality, Care or Early Years)
Full training and support will be given to experienced Trainers / Assessors, who are looking for that next step in their career to support the performance and growth of Apprenticeship Assessors.
Location: Home/Field based – 3-4 days out in the field, across Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Depending on qualifications, skills and experience

Essential Criteria:
Coach, and develop a team of Apprenticeship Assessors, through remote and face to face teaching and mentoring (risk-based sessions and coaching interventions).
Identify any knowledge gaps / underperformance or development needs, designing and delivering upskilling workshops and training sessions.
Carry our regular teaching observations and provide feedback.
Support the delivery team through inductions, qualifications (TAQA), and continued personal development.
Ensure quality and compliance – continuously monitoring the quality of Apprenticeship delivery.Essential Criteria:
Experience as an Assessor, or IQA for Hospitality, Early Years or Health and Social Care
Must have excellent mentoring and coaching experience, supporting the growth and performance of Assessors (through induction, upskilling and delivery).
Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification, at Level 3 or above (PTLLS, AET etc)
Hold, or willing to work towards an IQA Award.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle and must be flexible with travel.Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
