Are you a problem solver with a passion for controls and integration?

Our client is a leading climate solutions company is looking for an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Estimator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional to play a key role in translating complex project requirements into detailed, accurate quotations and technical proposals. You'll analyse project specifications, interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and propose appropriate control solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

* Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine scope and project requirements

* Prepare detailed BMS quotations including material lists, labour estimates, and control system architecture

* Interpret mechanical, electrical drawings, control layouts, I/O summaries, and project specifications

* Develop accurate cost estimates using standard pricing tools and vendor quotations

* Prepare technical submittals and compliance statements for customer review

Who They Looking For:

* Strong understanding of BMS and HVAC control systems, sequences of operation and field devices

* Proven experience interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings and control layouts

* Working knowledge of BMS platforms such as BACnet, Modbus or Tridium/Niagara

* Strong analytical and estimation skills with ability to develop accurate cost projections
